Ran into issues with fetching tile_list using [`get_modis_tile_list()`](https://github.com/jmichellehu/demcoreg/blob/e8a3e53d8e761077210b8928709a6919ee035da9/demcoreg/dem_mask.py#L275-L294) so I [hardcoded western conus tile_list](https://github.com/jmichellehu/demcoreg/blob/e8a3e53d8e761077210b8928709a6919ee035da9/demcoreg/dem_mask.py#L565-L572). I didn't troubleshoot beyond confirming modis_dict contains 460 items, but something seems to be awry with...
