Correct way to integrate Babel into Gulp script

I'm trying to integrate Babel into my Gulp Script and can't quite seem to get it figured out. Can someone please let me know the correct config for both development...

Won't run on mobile

I have been unable to get this to run on any mobile device. Any helpful hints from others that have had to deal with this ?
