Is there anyway to disable the connection pool?

@saachinsiva as far as I understand typeorm also uses `prepared statement` for running all queries, because of that I expect not seeing any benefit when using RDS Proxy with typeorm....

@grs thank you for your quick response. will they be re-established with the same exact same senders/receivers configurations?
