This screen was new as of Xcode 14.0, which all the bots were previously running, so presumably this was handled somehow last year when that swap happened?

I'm going to try adding `runFirstLaunch` to the `ios_debug_symbol_doctor` before `open`, though I'm doubtful that command will fix it...
