Even just hiding hidden files from recents would be a great start. Seedvault via grapheneos uses .SeedVaultAndroidBackup and it fills the recommended files for me
But then you can't revert it. So if you change it without realizing there's a 24 hour cooldown, you have to remember to change it back in 24 hours
