We definitely have memory limits set, but what exactly do you mean re: temp directories? We're currently using duckdb 0.4.0

Unfortunately difficult to do that because the issue only happens on our deployed infra, so I can't just push the dev version. We'll be updating to 0.5.1 soon, though, so...
