Installing DATA LAKE CLI on Windows

Is it possible to install the DATA LAKE CLI on Windows? Is the DATA LAKE CLI http://docs.awssolutionsbuilder.com/data-lake/cli/cli-getting-started/ the same as the AWS CLI ? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/cli-chap-install.html

BUG: word database, index.txt not created

With the option "Make word database" -> Activated in Windows 10 Professional version 3.49-2 64-bit does NOT create index.txt version 3.33 DOES CREATE index.txt
