Running on my x86 emulator, I get "unfortunately, ChromiumTestShellActivity has stopped".

When trying to build this, I get an error for imports to GoogleMaps.h. It appears to be part of react-native-maps or AirMaps or something. Do I need to do something...

If we can find someone who wants to define a new docs TOC and write chinese docs before the appium 2.0 launch, great!

We can keep the JWProxy export for now and deprecate it, and make sure to mention only WebDriverProxy in our docs.
