Categories are here to stay but editing the menu is a planned feature of the advanced menu.

Couple of morning thoughts on this. We should have this in the regular menu as well. The way I see it working: - Drag & dropping items from one category...

@Vladimir-csp take a look at kscreen. They have a daemon that does exactly that (although it is outside the framework).
