Card matching query does not exist on Customer.add_card from stripe token from stripe checkout.js

`add_card` is no longer supported by Stripe so I'm closing this.

Djstripe is suppressing backtraces that would otherwise be shown by the logging framework

I rewrote the exception handling code at some point. Before I did so, it also was swallowing exceptions. I honestly don't remember why I didn't change that behaviour. I'm +1...

@azmeuk AFAIK this is not maintained very actively but again, that's why it's in [Jazzband](https://jazzband.co/), to make it easier for new maintainers to onboard without extra assistance.
