Take [jlec/cookiecutter-test](https://github.com/jlec/cookiecutter-test.git). Make sure you create the repo from the base commit and then update to the latest. The bug is only triggered in the update call.

No passphrase works using the example, having a passphrase chocks at ``` - run: echo "foo" | gpg --sign --armour ```
