Add a note to the documentation about how to use the answers branch.

It would be nice if users could choose between Postgres, MySQL and Marina for their relational DB as the queries should all be the same.

We could use a lot of tests on this project. Preferably written with mocha and supertest but I'd be happy to swap out those libraries.
