Support on-premise overleaf instances

Previously, all requests are hardcoded to go through to www.overleaf.com - this PR parameterises it in the Api class instead.

Thank you for the PR! Looks good and useful! Just wondering if perhaps root_domain is a good name. What about host, do you think it would be better?

Yep, the idea was to accept both www.overleaf.com and overleaf.example.com - host does sound better
