Is there interest in having a preference checkbox to enable/disable selecting the \begin/\end tikzpicture tags? I'd like to implement this and get it merged for my own use. Thoughts?

This sounds like something for post processing the file that Engauge exports. For example, what if I wanted to enter 2 numbers, 3 numbers, etc.
