@geecko86 - I did some digging yesterday, and I don't think that the URL's have changed. I more seems like that the HTTP requests does not contain all the cookies...
@marcokstephen - that sounds great, I could really use some help on the API. If you have some python skills, the most up-to-date doc AFAIK, is hosted at https://unofficial-google-music-api.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

Done - it is now dual licensed. I can't say how updated the framework is. Google seems to have changed a lot, and I haven't had the time to update...
I have the same observation when trying to do even small synthea-based imports running on H2.
@jamesagnew another way to reproduce it is to as described here: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179167-hapi/topic/Trouble.20with.20placeholder.20IDs.20from.20Synthea/near/455033402 even with small datasets its evident that something is going on.
