I believe it would be more-less easy to extend odoo [CDN functionality ](https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/13.0/addons/website/models/res_config_settings.py#L34) so that s3 objects are used instead. Any thoughts ?

This this PR we add a new possibility to skip deletion of objects on s3 storage. This is to avoid need of backup of s3 and to have the availability...
