@ryanhall07 you want to wrap the hibernate exceptions in one more layer?

@mightyguava should tasks be allowed to overlap? ex: `fixedRate(1 second)` but the task takes 3 seconds should they keep piling up?

from @ryanhall07 : I don’t think the default should be log everything truncated something like log all errors (up to a rate limiter) and maybe a random sample of success...
