with popscle I am able to cmake: cmake ../ -DHTS_INCLUDE_DIRS=~/bin/htslib-1.10.2/ -DHTS_LIBRARIES=~/bin/htslib-1.10.2/libhts.a but when I run make I run into this error: [ 2%] Building CXX object CMakeFiles/popscle.dir/allele.cpp.o [ 5%] Building...

Unfortunately I get the same output (everything assigned to the same cluster) Also, what is the --init-cluster option for? I can't find an explanation for it in the documentation.
