This PR enables usage of kdbs with PyTorch wheels: https://github.com/ROCmSoftwarePlatform/builder/pull/16, by using the default MIOpen instead of rebuilding an embedded version of MIOpen from source.
@WBobby Does this change need to be upstreamed as well for ROCm5.1, or is it only relevant to docker images that we generate?
Can you please post the link to the JIRA ticket related to this fix?
@jataylo We need to check this PR on CUDA to see if it provides similar gains. If so, we should file an upstream PR for this.
