aac, ogg have much higher quality and lower size compared to mp3, and they are widely supported by almost all the podcast client.
i just want to write a rule set for chinese user, which may be hard to verify for non-chinese contributors. please add support for multiple rules (data.json) support.
Chrome spends too much RAM and battery, Safari is a better choice for long time music playback on MacBook.
