求教大神，mac连接有线的校园VPN（L2TP）以后，就没有办法用shadowsocks翻墙了

我是某985大学学生，学校是自建网。因为学校的有线网比无线网快很多，所以用有线网上网的话，需要连接校园VPN。 用mac连接学校有线VPN的方法大致是： 第一步：在终端编辑 /etc/ppp/options 第二步：在options中输入 plugin L2TP.ppp l2tpnoipsec 保存退出 第三步：在mac的偏好设置中选择网络，按左下角的加号添加新服务，选择接口为VPN，VPN类型为L2TP，然后设置账号密码进行连接。 通过这样设置之后，进行VPN连接学校的有线网，可以进行上网。但再打开shadowsocks，就没有办法翻墙了，网页一直跳不出来。 请问各位大神，要怎么样设置，才能用有线网连接学校VPN的同时，也能用shadowsocks翻墙？
