Thales nCipher should be changed to Entrust nShield in the documentation. nCipher was acquired from Thales in 2019 by Entrust Datacard.

Hi, Verisons: Homebridge v1.3.8 homebridge-fibaro-home-center v1.2.8 Same issue as in https://github.com/ilcato/homebridge-fibaro-home-center/issues/71 and https://github.com/ilcato/homebridge-fibaro-home-center/issues/48 is back. Tl;dr setting Fibaro dimmer to any value turns light on than immediately off again.
