Replace Electron with Tauri (for higher performance)

Tauri has a bad performance on Linux with Nvidia card for some reason.

Siteheader should go into a `Route Groups` instead of Root Layout

Could also be that I am using experimental server action.

Can't load lbrynet on Linux Mint

I have the same issue. But I can connect through 127.0.0.1:5279 instead of localhost:5279.
