I honestly don't think it will be fixed in Catalina. Hopefully 10.16 fixes it.

I'm not sure if it's something particular to amr64 builds, but with Intel unsigned apps I usually just need to go to Gatekeeper and allow it. The "damaged app" error...
Made https://github.com/spinnaker/clouddriver/pull/5761 to bump the gcloud version. @jasonmcintosh if/when the PR is merged, how long can we expect a new release of Spinnaker to include the updated gcloud?

Is there an app that handles catalyst apps correctly? The only one that I found working is SmoothScroll it is still intel only.
