This would prevent leakage of persisted filter settings if two separate namespaces have controllers with same name.

This could replace the current auto-casting which can have unwanted side effects.

Add sampling for large ActiveRecord tables

So that we can handle more than 100K records. Suggestions for sampling ActiveRecord are welcome.
