Well, "done everything" is pretty vague, can you be more specific? And not just "everything in chapter three" because, well duh, but rather list what specific things have you done...
Possibly I didn't do it quite right (just grabbed the three DLLs in your commit, and dropped them into the installed package) but that didn't work. It did build fine...
