The digits in ordered lists extend into the margin and get cut off. The problem is much more severe on the iOS client, especially with wider fonts, so that "monospace"...

Unless you use the 'multiline_tables' extension to pandoc, any table containing a block element such as a DIV will be completely replaced by the string "[TABLE]", potentially causing significant data...

add rand() as an alias for random_number()

If a rand() method were available, then `array.sample(random: Sysrandom)` and `array.shuffle(random: Sysrandom)` would work.
