Weird addition: we now have a few clusters that run 0.13.6 without any issues at all ...

@linki or @stevehipwell : would someone be able to check what is happening with this issue please ? We had to force version 0.13.5, as anything above keeps on upserting...

Any chance this can be looked at ? Right now, we send logs from vector to Kinesis just to get them converted to Parquet... I'd be happy to skip that...
