I specifically wanted to be able to set the "If-None-Match" header using a previously received ETag. I updated all of the User Event list functions.

fix: don't decrypt ObsidianProtocolData parameters (#84)

The ObsidianProtocolData passed in by Obsidian already decrypts the parameters.
