Looking at https://github.com/typst/typst/blob/c21c1c391b48f843c8671993a28eaf1fe0d40b89/crates/typst-library/src/text/lorem.rs#L23 this may also be an issue with the `lipsum` [package](https://github.com/mgeisler/lipsum/) itself, maybe @mgeisler can tell more?
