How do i mark a function as unnamed_addr ? It seems this is only possible for GlobalVariable and GlobalAlias

currently basic haskell list type is used, but we often want to index the list (even in llvm-hs itself eg IRBuilder.gep) eg. AST.Type.StructureType , Constant.Array etc..
