The rel attribute still gets set to Preload though (shown when I inspect element in ie11) and then the style rules from that style sheet are not applied

The issue was with the WP Alchemy repeating fields. Removing the the "foreach" loop solved the problem (but obviously took away the repeating fields). I set the "priority" to low...

Also please note that vendor/pipedrive/pipedrive/Configuration.php looks like this– and there is no method setApiKey() ```

I was able to resolve by manually installing the files.
