shift r causing Segmentation fault 11 on macOS

amp version 0.3.4 macOS 10.13.3 alacritty 0.1.0 When amp opens a file pressing the key combination`shift-r` causes amp to crash. The terminal shows `Segmentation fault: 11`

If you run a command with `r` then use a flag to print say help `r -h`. The last command is executed. This shouldn't happen. Ex. ``` > ls -Glah...

It doesn't look the test `r -install` is validating correctly. Homebrew installs even if `r -install` fails or returns non 0 error code.

OpenBSD still needs to create the proper tty settings in order to install. During the installation the installer will ask if you would like to make these settings default.
