Incompatibility with new feature of KanBoard 1.2.45

The plugin disables the following feature of Kanboard 1.2.45 :  **allow attaching screenshots and files when creating a task** https://kanboard.org/releases/kanboard/v1.2.45.html (Tested by enabling / disabling the plugin)
