Can't install with Microsoft Store disabled

If the Microsoft Store is disabled, say due to company policy, then the Nightingale installer downloaded from Github fails with error App Installer failed to install package dependencies. Ask the developer for package.

@dpaulino is it possible to install this app without MS Store? Company policy denies access to the store. (I do have permissions to install apps the "old-fashioned" way -- eg. MSI installers, etc.)
