Auth2 w/ SSO - We can't connect to the service you need right now.

I tried Auth2 with "Authorization Code", filled in the details (which are working w/ Postman") and a popup dialog shows (which I assume is supposed to present the SSO login form); but it says:

   We can't connect to the service you need right now.  Check your network connection or try this again later.

This service is in our test/qa environment and is not running on localhost. The login server is on a corporate network behind a firewall and is not reachable externally.
