[Bug] Error when updating fitted model using ``stan_init``

Solved (I think). Needed to pass ``inits`` rather than ``init`` to match ``cmdstanpy`` kwargs interface. Suggest the documentation needs updating https://facebook.github.io/prophet/docs/additional_topics.html#updating-fitted-models

Katex rehype plugin does not render markdown math

I switched to rehype mathjax and it worked fine so think the problem is katex related.  Happy to dig into deeper next week. Was a bit under the pump at...
