Same issue with 1.9.0 on Ubuntu. UPD: .desktop file is created every time on server connect, but it couldn't be removed for some reason on disconnect ([teardown function](https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-client/blob/master/src/electron/index.ts#L279) doesn't work...

Same issue for me in DC4. Change DC doesn't help: I've created a new account in DC5 but it has the same issue.
