Would the idea be to rework how the parsers work, or for these to be its own logic?

@jlixfeld If you want to help move ios-xr forward anyway you can provide a sanitized config? In a gist or whatnot would be fine.

add `int_to_asn` function in `asn.py`.

Potentially update for pyats and ntc-templates parsers support as well.

Method to pull whats already on "the" system and installed vs. what exist that library is capable of.

Docstring would also need an `example` section so the docs are auto generated properly.
