Fine tune position calculated by the widget with X and Y offset

Set a delay factor in ms. Popover will wait this long before opening. If mouse leaves before the delay expires the debounce is cancelled and it never opens.

When creating a new instance it replaces the SVG defs section completely instead of inserting. As a result, defs content such as Pattern's get deleted by svgPanZoom. Expected behavior: Creating...

Its not being used, and it causes issues with SVG image export
