I just followed a new entity. The profile view says `you both follow each other` but that entity doesn't follow me. 
Periodically Bungloo stops fetching new posts and only restarting the app gets it working again. May be triggered by computer sleeping or losing internet connection.

Easier solution: highlight new posts in Timeline view since the last time Tentia was the foreground app (or posts received when Tentia was isn't the active app).
right now there is not much gif links/photos/attachments but it should be future-proof first five/six bytes of gif files are `GIF87` or `GIF89a`
On OS X if you close the main window, there is no menu command to reopen it. Workaround: switch to another app and click on Bungloo's icon in the dock.
It should be configurable whether media is displayed inline or not
