Easier solution: highlight new posts in Timeline view since the last time Tentia was the foreground app (or posts received when Tentia was isn't the active app).

When should the highlight go away?

Maybe in one of these case: After a certain amount of time (30-60 seconds) When you scroll down to the first unread post When the app goes in background.

Otherwise you can highlight only the oldest unread post or put a sort of separator between old and new post. So you don't have to care about removing highlight.

As a temporary solution, I wrote a plugin to handle unread posts.
