Ability to override scroll restoration without conditionally rendering the `ScrollRestoration` component

I also found this issue very frustrating in a scenario where I control modal visibility via search params. Every time I open the modal, the page scrolls to the top.

React 18 Support Needed

The compatibility table in https://github.com/react-grid-layout/react-grid-layout/blob/master/README.md#features doesn't mention React 18, which makes the impression that it's not supported. If it's supported, it'd be great if the docs would reflect it.
