As of docker-py 1.5.0 the stream argument is still not available. It is in master though, I will be keen to add it when a next version of docker-py is...

Ok so this is because of that line of code in Client.php: https://github.com/jippi/vault-php-sdk/blob/master/src/Client.php#L85 So I guess if logging is off it is not a problem, but might be worth rewinding...
