I started seeing this error recently. You can see that the workflow was dispatched successfully and the ID matches.

Interesting. I wasn't aware of enabling debug logs for runners. Should I enable both runner & step debug logs?

@Codex- do you have enough logs for debugging? I'd like to turn off debug logs for our github actions.
