The pull request was merged in and I verified that running `serverless plugin install --name serverless-s3-local` seems to install this package. Should be good to go.
@wongy91 made an update to the pairs.rb file to point to that correct 'markets' endpoint. Returns the full 37 pairs now.
Updated to use the returnTicker endpoint for coinpulse
