This is most likely very brittle, but at least messages can get back to hipchat. I didn't have time to test any commands other than `jira help` at the moment.

Authentication configuration does not feel compatible with "log4net >= 2.0.8"

When using the `` block, log4net can't instantiate an AuthenticationMethodChooser because there is no default constructor.
