The Issues tab should show all issues from repositories the app has access to.
In the issues tab, you can go to `Custom`, and it will open a Filter and Sort window. Select `Type` under Filter, and then `Assigned to You`, then hit save.

@james-fry Regarding `system_mode` it seems to me that the mode names are chosen as they are rather standard. ie. if we used the manual's `manual`/`away`/`auto` it could cause compatibility issues...
