VCell Guest should not have file browser items of "My BioModels" nor "Shared With Me:

Jlibsedml and SedmlImporter should be upgraded to be able to read and appropriately handle v1.5

okay, then problem was when we imported BNGL models as within a ode application, we always coerced the application initial conditions to be "concentration", even if the user chose "molecules"....
