re-work visuals for the whole project

Bootstrap version 4 removed their basic `bootstrap-theme.css`. This led to a very ugly application for this project, and it now needs a complete re-write/re-styling of all pages.

make the thumbnail sizes configurable

So that when an item link is embedded somewhere, the item description could be shown, instead of the initial page's.

change <meta> tags to reflect the contents of the current item in the item details page

apparently, chars like # disappear in the generated RSS feed

when adding a new item, allow copying another one as a template
